Two things,

As per SS estimates, apps in September are highly likely to be within the CAP!

But main logic is that we now know that CIC updates CAP figures based on completion check, NOT fee charges or PER. And we also know that completion check is done as much as a month before app is charged.

CAP became full when they were charging applications received in the end of August. Therefore, by then I think they would have completed checking apps received in Sept and complete ones would have been added to the CAP.

But honestly, I am just using best possible resources for best possible guess so I could be wrong!

some points to be considered
1.I have exactly 67 points
2.I had submitted affidavit in place of birth certificate and nothing else with cover letter.
3.In economic form question no 12 i just wrote NOC code (i forget to write the designation and occupation)

Hello beautiful people,

Just received MR from NDVO - 11 June App , 8th oct PER NOC : 2172.

I have a question , in the Form for MR it is mentioned that

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for you. This must be received at this office by: 2015/01/12

Does that mean i have to submit the PCC from each state in india as well whereever i have loved more than 6 months ??

Just clarifying.. , please let me know if anyone is sure of the info and has worked for him/her ??

Yes, you are right, but that does not contradict what I already said. I meant for instance if a South Korean has lived in a gulf country like UAE for five years, he can choose London visa office according to his residence, and he also has the privilege to choose Manila visa office which serves his country of nationality. maybe, CIO will determine the proper visa office in those cases from now on.....

Dear guys,

Once your wife or anyone is added as your dependent in the application and is shown as "will accompany the principal applicant" will it be possible to postpone the dependents travel and can the principal applicant alone can travel initially?

Please take into consideration that scoring 8 in the ielts is quiet difficult....

Yes that's possible, Principal applicant can complete landing procedure alone, and Dependent can complete landing procedure later but has to complete landing before Visa expires.
