Thanks everyone for the help i received from this forum.

This was the third time i have filled for Permanent residence. 1st time got refused due to Cap was full last year, 2nd time WES was not original,

3rd time it is a success finally.

actually no info on 1st application till date.... but it was fr 2174 and reached on 11 sept so, assuming it would be capped already.

I'm an October 27th applicant, NOC 1111. I just found out I made a mistake while filling out my IMM 5046 form (Additional Family information form). I'm the principal applicant with my wife as an accompanying spouse. We both filled out the form but on both forms, my name comes on the applicant column, while her name is in the spouse column. I'm just realizing her name should be on the applicant column on her form. All other information were correctly filled.

My worry is this, will this mistake warrant outright rejection of my application?? if yes, how can i correct it before my application goes in for completeness check next month? undecided ? if i want to send an amended IMM5046 form, how do I go about it? please this is very urgent...help a brother please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here but they ignor it, so dnt take tension dear its ok they just checked documents are genuiue or not they dont bother about clarical mistakes dont worry about this.

That's means you might have cleared Completeness check & you will be charged soon. Try using application no to login to ECAS, and see if you can login.

My application was sent in Nova Scotia on November 15, 2014. I used DHL as the courier service agency. When I checked DHL website, it says that it was delivered on November 19, 2014 at 11:40 a.m. It also states "signed" but the name of the person who signed it was not stated. Did this happened to some of you who sent your documents through DHL? For those who sent your documents through DHL, how did you know the name of the person who received your documents?

hi to all senior members

i am sept 15 applicant noc 2241
My BC was missing, so i send secondary certificate and plain paper (not notarized also)signed declaration that BC is missing , please consider my sec, certi as DOB proof.
Sec. certi too does not have fathers name, only DOB was mentioned in that. My declaration mentions only father name,

as per the suggestions of senior members , nishesh , diplomatru and others I send (on Nov 23 still to reach) following additional documents mentioning ref. to my previous appln , noc code , pp no, appln, recd datre etc

1. affidavit by me notarized explaining reason for BC missing, and also mentioning birth place and father mothers name and DOB.
2. Affidavit notarized from father mother also attached.
3. secondary certi attached showing DOB.(not shows fathers name)
4. Higher sec. certi showing fathers name. (not shows dob)

Now my question is will they attach my additional docu with main appln???
if they do not attach i will be waiting till feb 2015 to get to know that my appln has been returned due to missing BC. And then i will have no time then to send second appln.

Will it be a good idea to send new second application set with all affidavits and documents in next seven days, as i have IELTs results, and ECA in orginal.
So that if my first application returns, my second may make it within april 2015.

Please senior members , this is my last hope. Please answer , so that i could start filling and hard working to gather all documents again.

All your nod is necessary for me to go forward.

[size=20pt] GUYS IM BACK!! After weeks of depression because of my refusal letter 20 days ago, I am finally back. I just want to share this experience to everybody who got a refusal letter or NER (instead of PER) and think that the refusal is unfair. I tried calming myself first, weighed all the points that CIC did not consider, and tried to put everything in an EMAIL or Fax it to CIO..Just be brief and concise..and SEND IT..wait patiently and still if there is no response after a week..Consult a Barrister Lawyer, the one who handles Judicial Review Case against Unfair CIC decisions...Present your case for Judicial Review because you have 15-60 day after you receive the refusal to contest the decision of any Visa Officer... The downside is the lawyers fee is 250$/hr...so I presented my case to this lawyer and even him was infuriated because I got 75 point total instead of 65 as per CIO refusal letter..So he prepared a letter stating all the facts and points and have me signed and attached all the supporting documents and sent it to the address found in my refusal letter... One clause I remember is "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK A JUDICIAL REVIEW IF NO ANSWER WILL BE RECEIVED FROM CIO".. The thing is He did not even charge me for that day and were chatting 2 hours about the case. He didn't charge me because he felt my depression as well and he is convinced that CIO messed up things for me..So just the other day...I received an email with a POSITIVE ELEGIBILTY REVIEW..now I am waiting for my medical...JUne 18 Applicant here...CC charged October 7.... Hope this helps..
