My application was sent in Nova Scotia on November 15, 2014. I used DHL as the courier service agency. When I checked DHL website, it says that it was delivered on November 19, 2014 at 11:40 a.m. It also states "signed" but the name of the person who signed it was not stated. Did this happened to some of you who sent your documents through DHL? For those who sent your documents through DHL, how did you know the name of the person who received your documents?

yes same was the case with me....
I called dhl and they informed dox were received by "DAN".
U can also confirm by calling them

I have seen the rejected reasons in the 2014 spread sheets that " BC has no name" " self letter for work experience" .
Are these the reasons for which the application is rejected for sure???
Because I just sent the application and my application also has the same two situation .
But for work experience I have given self letter for only one organization out of three organizations I have worked for , which consists of just 9 months of work out of my total 9 years of experience.

Now my heart beat is rising..... :'( :-X :-[

Yes thease two are the sure reasons for rejection.

You have not mentioned your application date if it is late oct or November then you may have a chance to send addendum.

Act quickly and send your matriculation certificate bearing your dob and name of atlest one parents with affidavit or an affudavut from your parent/parents statung your birth details your name and the reason for not having your name on BC.

In case of self declared JDs you'll not be given point but will not be rejected if you have submitted proper documents as per the checklist for rest of 9 years of employment.

hi to all senior members

i am sept 15 applicant noc 2241
My BC was missing, so i send secondary certificate and plain paper (not notarized also)signed declaration that BC is missing , please consider my sec, certi as DOB proof.
Sec. certi too does not have fathers name, only DOB was mentioned in that. My declaration mentions only father name,

as per the suggestions of senior members , nishesh , diplomatru and others I send (on Nov 23 still to reach) following additional documents mentioning ref. to my previous appln , noc code , pp no, appln, recd datre etc

1. affidavit by me notarized explaining reason for BC missing, and also mentioning birth place and father mothers name and DOB.
2. Affidavit notarized from father mother also attached.
3. secondary certi attached showing DOB.(not shows fathers name)
4. Higher sec. certi showing fathers name. (not shows dob)

Now my question is will they attach my additional docu with main appln??? Yes they will, if they received it before your application is returned. They usually scan it an attach it in GCMS.
if they do not attach i will be waiting till feb 2015 to get to know that my appln has been returned due to missing BC. And then i will have no time then to send second appln.

Will it be a good idea to send new second application set with all affidavits and documents in next seven days, as i have IELTs results, and ECA in orginal.
If you still are not sure, than you can send second application for sure to be on safe side. How come you have Original ECA report with you ?? Did you receive 2 ECA reports?
P.S. Include CC detail in second application so that incase if your first application is a success, then you just have to block any international transaction to get your second application back without getting charged, and to avoid duplication of same application.

So that if my first application returns, my second may make it within april 2015.

Please senior members , this is my last hope. Please answer , so that i could start filling and hard working to gather all documents again.

All your nod is necessary for me to go forward.

i was just thinking that why people attribute PER to Golden Email.....neither its gold plated nor it is made of gold or in any way related to gold......

Because it is the most important email you will receive during the entire process ;D

Mine was also not mentining who signed it, you can not do much about it,
DHL has delivered and they do not say wrong thing.
So keep your faith.

hey congrats!... . you cannot change your address right now. when your file will be transferred to ndvo, which should take 30-45 days, you will be able to do it.

35 to 45 days to transfer to VO????? I have seen a 9th jult applicant who received PER mail on 4th nov has got MR request on 27th nov......

I received a reply from CIC for an inquiry I made

in that, they have mentioned the application no..starting with alphabet and nine digits...

is that UCI #?

Hey Congratulations seems to be a PER. Search for the words Positive determination of eligibility in that mail.

Number starting with alphabet is file number

Please share the email id from which you got this email.

Thanks everyone for the help i received from this forum.

This was the third time i have filled for Permanent residence. 1st time got refused due to Cap was full last year, 2nd time WES was not original,

3rd time it is a success finally.
