Third line Updated "Your medical results have been received".

I have two questions

1) After how many day can I expect a mail for submission of passport?

2)I made online payment and sent the recepit through courier along with the PCC. Will there be any intimation regarding the receipt of these documents?

1) In the cover letter, should i mention anything about the 1st application or, it is advisable to present this as a fresh one, without any references to the 1st application. - You will need to mention as CIC will anyway know if UCI is issued. If not then no need to mention.
2) My spouse birth cert is missing so, i am planning to send the metric certificate along with an affidavit for the same. My question here is should i send the affidavit in original or, a photo copy of the affidavit? - Copy of affidavit and 10th Passing certificate.
3) For the JD, i am sending another affidavit from my senior (hr and manager refused to give detailed jd). All my payslips, experience letters e.t.c reflect my designation as Database administrator, which is what is the title for 2172 and my experience is completely valid. Hope, this should be sufficient? I can also attach my performance appraisals which have items relevant for DBA jobs. - Ok.
Same query for this also. Should i send original affidavit or copy of affidavit from my colleague. - Copies need to be sent.

You can call but, It would be a long call and they may not actually reveal the details. When did ur application reach?

Can some one tell me if we can call CIO enquiry office to find out the status of my application from india?
if so, what is the number? I saw that sending email takes 45 days (approx) to reply.

I just want to share this experience to everybody who got a refusal letter or NER (instead of PER) and think that the refusal is unfair. I tried calming myself first, weighed all the points that CIC did not consider, and tried to put everything in an EMAIL or Fax it to CIO..Just be brief and concise..and SEND IT..wait patiently and still if there is no response after a week..Consult a Barrister Lawyer, the one who handles Judicial Review Case against Unfair CIC decisions...Present your case for Judicial Review because you have 15-60 day after you receive the refusal to contest the decision of any Visa Officer... The downside is the lawyers fee is 250$/hr...so I presented my case to this lawyer and even him was infuriated because I got 75 point total instead of 65 as per CIO refusal letter..So he prepared a letter stating all the facts and points and have me signed and attached all the supporting documents and sent it to the address found in my refusal letter... One clause I remember is "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK A JUDICIAL REVIEW IF NO ANSWER WILL BE RECEIVED FROM CIO".. The thing is He did not even charge me for that day and were chatting 2 hours about the case. He didn't charge me because he felt my depression as well and he is convinced that CIO messed up things for me..So just the other day...I received an email with a POSITIVE ELEGIBILTY REVIEW..now I am waiting for my medical...JUne 18 Applicant here...CC charged October 7.... Hello friends!!!

Will be applying under NOC 2131.

Query regarding travel form.
Since I am currently working in Japan, I have filled all my trips from Japan to India and back.
Japan to India - purpose of travel as vacation
India to Japan - purpose of travel as Work

What about the trips of my wife as she is also accompanying me in all my trips.
What should I fill in the purpose when she travels from India to Japan with me.
She has a dependent visa for Japan.




Please clarify my doubts.

I think It was a mere honest mistake on the side of the officer...because from what I understand regarding the processing of PR now before the express entry, they are rushing things up..so comes with the rush is a higher probability of making a mistake and overlooking things,,,

The biggest advantage you got because you were in Canada, the people who are outside may not be able to prove their points even they contact agents outside. Very happy to hear that ... Justice.

I think they still can, as long as they can prove that the officer overlooked things..I was reading in one forum that one got refusal and did all the research and challenge the decision of the officer without consulting a lawyer,,,PER issued..

You advised that i should mention abt my 1st application. that one was for 2174 and had reached on 11 sept. Since i was not getting my IELTS 2nd TRF from Brit Council earlier, i had sent a mail to cic on 15 th oct mentioning that i wanted to apply for 2172 and needed their acknowledgement for my 1st application so that i can provide same to Brit Council and get 2nd TRF. Till date, no replies to that email to cic. Any idea when can i expect my 1st application back or at least the status for it. I am just thinking if they at least assign me a uci from 1st application, that may help in communications for the 2nd one.
Do u know of any applications for 2174 that have been returned because of cap filled?
