Hello all.... somehow, my queries got missed again.
CaNoi, Optimist....or seniors, kindly help.

Regards
Jamie.
Hi Jamie,

Please find my answers below:

1. You dont need to mention it. But, if you have UCI no. from previous app, please mention it.
Even otherwise they will be able to find out.

2. Affidavit + 10th is enough. Please ensure you have all details like name, DOB, father's name
mother's name and place of birth.

3. JD on plain paper with a photo copy of your senior's ID card or visiting card is enough.
Dont need affidavit for it. However, if you feel necessary, go ahead and do it.

Hope these help.

Good Luck!!

CIO didn't Consider the Following:

A. Relatives in Canada
B. Experience (they just counted 1 year of my 5 years experience9
C. LANGUAGE POINTS
E. The officer didn't believe that we are not going to be economically stable in Canada (But we are already in CANADA and we even saved a lot for 1 year 7 months)

Same Officer has Sent me my NER and PER Email.
It's terrible to see that officer has made a list of mistakes in one single application, it's time for him to quit his job..........hope this sort of mistakes won't happen again..

I think It was a mere honest mistake on the side of the officer...because from what I understand regarding the processing of PR now before the express entry, they are rushing things up..so comes with the rush is a higher probability of making a mistake and overlooking things,,,

Thanks for help Optimist. +1 for that.

For the affidavit, hope i should send original from the notary and not a photocopy of that?
B/w...i remember we had a conversation earlier on getting IELTS TRF from British council. were u able to get that....

Regards
Jamie

Dear All,

I need your advise for my second application that i am planning to send in 1st week of december. My 1st application was for 2174, was received on 11th september but, as we all know that cap has been filled already (although i did nt hear back anything from cic till now).
Since i am eligible and have valid >1 year experience under 2172, i am going to send application for this noc and had a few doubts.
Would be grateful if experienced members can help.
1) In the cover letter, should i mention anything about the 1st application or, it is advisable to present this as a fresh one, without any references to the 1st application.
2) My spouse birth cert is missing so, i am planning to send the metric certificate along with an affidavit for the same. My question here is should i send the affidavit in original or, a photo copy of the affidavit?
3) For the JD, i am sending another affidavit from my senior (hr and manager refused to give detailed jd). All my payslips, experience letters e.t.c reflect my designation as Database administrator, which is what is the title for 2172 and my experience is completely valid. Hope, this should be sufficient? I can also attach my performance appraisals which have items relevant for DBA jobs.

Regards
Jamie.

Get your senior's letter in your company letter head , and write in details about your experience and jd.(no affidavit will work in this case) Mention his phone no below his siignature and name.
Let your HR and manager go to hell. You do not require their help.
You can attach as many documents as possible in support of your documents
but too much will take away the importance of experience letter. pay slips are enough i think.

Affidavit/declaration from your wife will help along with matric certificate.Do your spouse parents name appear in matric certificate
if not then mention them in the declaration.Attach original declaration.
I think you do not need to give reference to your first application.

Hello guys,

I have been a passive member of this forum and I must confess you guys are doing a terrific job.

I'm an October 27th applicant, NOC 1111. I just found out I made a mistake while filling out my IMM 5046 form (Additional Family information form). I'm the principal applicant with my wife as an accompanying spouse. We both filled out the form but on both forms, my name comes on the applicant column, while her name is in the spouse column. I'm just realizing her name should be on the applicant column on her form. All other information were correctly filled.

My worry is this, will this mistake warrant outright rejection of my application?? if yes, how can i correct it before my application goes in for completeness check next month? undecided ? if i want to send an amended IMM5046 form, how do I go about it? please this is very urgent...help a brother please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That shouldn't lead to rejection as long as both forms are well dated and signed.

No per till now.. :( any 30july applicant waiting for per or its just me who is left???
