Hello friends!!!

Will be applying under NOC 2131.

Query regarding fees payment form.
My signatures for the banking transactions are different than other signatures elsewhere.
Should I use my normal signature in fees payment form or should I use the bank signatures as with my credit card account.
I will be applying via credit card.
Can the signatures be different than the signatures on other forms?

Please clarify my doubts.

This is my understanding -
Signature of card holder - this can be different.
All other places your signature should be same as it is on your passport.

I'm sorry to say but you probably won't make the CAP. It was probably filled somewhere arround mid-september, but we don't have definitive data yet.

Can you apply again on NOC 2172? Or else get ready for EE.

Dear All,

Just re-posting my queries. Would be grateful if someone can help....

I need your advise for my second application that i am planning to send in 1st week of december. My 1st application was for 2174, was received on 11th september but, as we all know that cap has been filled already (although i did nt hear back anything from cic till now).
Since i am eligible and have valid >1 year experience under 2172, i am going to send application for this noc and had a few doubts.
Would be grateful if experienced members can help.
1) In the cover letter, should i mention anything about the 1st application or, it is advisable to present this as a fresh one, without any references to the 1st application.
2) My spouse birth cert is missing so, i am planning to send the metric certificate along with an affidavit for the same. My question here is should i send the affidavit in original or, a photo copy of the affidavit?
3) For the JD, i am sending another affidavit from my senior (hr and manager refused to give detailed jd). All my payslips, experience letters e.t.c reflect my designation as Database administrator, which is what is the title for 2172 and my experience is completely valid. Hope, this should be sufficient? I can also attach my performance appraisals which have items relevant for DBA jobs.
Same query for this also. Should i send original affidavit or copy of affidavit from my colleague.

Me, a carrier oriented women (and a successful one) began to dream about being a home staying, soccer mom Just kidding, I know I will have to work. But anyway, I am at least allowed to have a dream about what I will say to my manager as soon As we got PER.
I just can't think of you guys, having MR and still working.

I have two questions

1) After how many day can I expect a mail for submission of passport?

2)I made online payment and sent the recepit through courier along with the PCC. Will there be any intimation regarding the receipt of these documents?
