The detailed report wil be uploaded directly to CIC. You will still need to send the Medical Acknowledgment form to CIC along with the RPRF receipt/DD

You could track your application from PER step onward...on the ECAS site...

Once you attend to your medical tests at the CMM. they usually give you an acknowledgement letter on the Medicals taken. thts wat i am ref to

its your unique id number which will be helpful to you in every step of ur process until u get ur visas and even after that. keep it safe and don't share with no one.
