You could track your application from PER step onward...on the ECAS site...

The issue is that I already have it from previous visit visa application
So can I use it before per?

Here is the sample MR/PCC/RPRF request

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:
 Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/XX/XX
 Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/XX/XX
 RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2014/XX/XX
(Date format is YYYY/MM/DD)
Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application. Please quote our complete file number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.
PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS.

Based on the above underlined statement - its asked of us to send the Physical proof of each of these requirment over a physical mail to the High Comiision office

What is the advantage of having UCI no?
can someone answer?

UCI number is created after your application passes the completeness check and fees is charged you can then use the UCI to communicate with CIO or your visa office after but most importantly you can use it to check the status of your application on the E-CAS website

I think so then I am good as I received only following :

Medical examination for yourself (Medical Instructions will be sent separately via email within the next 48 hours)
