I see sept 10 cc charge already, does thia mean mine (sept 4) unsuccessful?

My query is this: my PP got stolen in an attack and we are already applying for a new one. although I already sent a mail to my VO on this but I want to ask do I need to raise a CSE for this? if yes, how do I go about it?

Nope, nothing like that, its CIC who can only answer that accurate, So have faith in them and your App, Sooner you will be bouncing with CC charged

PER received today morning.

NOC 2281
File received 30th july
DD encashed 14th nov.
PER received 25th nov.

Total time taken for PER 115 days from file filing.

Wish you all good luck for your respt processes.

Guys,
I sent my RPRF+PCC+MR through Blue Dart to High Commission, New Delhi. In the Blue Dart's site the updated info says that my package has been delivered but the recipient is STAMP. Also, the location says Delhi Cantonment. Is it normal? can somebody please comment on this, specially those who sent the package through Blue Dart

This is to the one who PMed me regarding query on Work Permit. I tried to respond you, however your inbox is full.

A Canada work permit rests upon a written job offer from an employer.

Once you have received such an offer, it is then subject to confirmation by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) who will assess the likely impact of employing a foreign national in the position in question, to ensure that the employment is genuine and that it will not impact negatively on the domestic labour market.

Once HRSDC confirms that job offers may be filled by foreign nationals, applicants may request Canadian working permits from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

The above said is a huge challenge to come across. Neverthe less, i don't mean discouraging someone from applying, i wish you all the best and Happy Visa .

My Suggestion to be on a safer side on settlement wise, would be opting for PR.

*Dependents: They are directly not eligible to work which is a plus point for PR ones. They need to apply for a seperate Work Permit.

*If you got this idea from an consultant, then you need to think again. All they need is Money and they can lure people for that. I am not saying they are never successfull in getting WP visas, however stakes are less.

Guys, Is CIC sending out the PERs in sequence with the payment charged date or the application file date?

I mean who gets PER first, the one who filed applicant earlier or the one who got payment charged earlier?

Hello Seniors,

Just realized that Generic Form got change in November 2014.

My application reached CIC on Nov-24-14 using form which was last updated in June-2014.

Also, comparing both the forms it doesn't seem if there is any difference in questions?

Will that be a problem for my file? Please suggest, should I wait to get contacted by CIC or should I courier the updated form?
