Out of curiosity I've sent out an email to CIC to enquire about my application status on 4th October. Here is the response I've got yesterday after 50 days.

God was great and soon after that everything fell in place. Currently I am waiting for my MR from NDVO..

They have given same tweet for 2171 too...but 2171 is capped for that reason I am confused
