a completeness check is done prior to charging, if the application is complete, it is counted towards the respective NOC and application is forwarded for charging. In case of incomplete application,charging is not done and application is forwarded for return to applicant via regular mail which takes 45 days normally.

How much time it takes for checking completeness? Once application is received in how many days they review it?

Finally By Grace of God got the golden email from CIC. Yaaay its a PER 8). My Details are as follows

NOC: 4011
Application Recieved: 31 July 2014
CC Charged: 11 Nov 2014
PER: 25 Nov 2014

Would soon update the SS, just give me a day as the link is saved in my office PC (Sorry guys)

Lot of 4011 people are having trouble on reference letter, kindly inbox me, would try to help you as much as possible. (Actually was waiting for PER to give proper response)

Out of curiosity I've sent out an email to CIC to enquire about my application status on 4th October. Here is the response I've got yesterday after 50 days.

God was great and soon after that everything fell in place. Currently I am waiting for my MR from NDVO..

I am not sure but I can guess its the same it takes for charging which is 90 to 120 days
