Yesterday, I was starting to get a bit tensed as 31st july applicants were supposed to start receiving PERs. I talked to my bro in law in canada and asked him to call CIO to inquire about my file. Today evening I just opened my mailbox, one from my brother and other was the GOLDEN email which were received almost simultaneously. My brother told me that he talked to CIO official on phone, he/she said they cant tell the status of application without UCI #. My brother provided them with my details of application in reply of which he was told that I will be informed via email within next 4 weeks. But I received it at the same time my brother was talking to them on phone. What a co-incidence.
