Hello Ddoctor or any other applicant,

Guys waiting their application back to them, you should immediately contact ur area's postman if ur application is returned by the CIC. It is quite possible that post office have received ur app bt nt delivered. This is the best way to get it back. It help me also, may be helpful for u also. And Yes if NOC numbers are less than 500 u should send it again.
Wait up to 3rd of december you will definitely receive your file back

Totally agree with you in this regard. I think adding docs. of spouse which are not mentioned might be cause to complications in future at any stage in VO/CHC.

Yes it is giving me the same.
& Did you apply PCC online or straight from the local police station.

I got the PCC from Passport office- you apply online and then you have to visit the passport office too - one office in Mumbai allows a walkin so I went there and got it done in one day.

Supporting documents of spouse are sometimes useful in getting interview waiver
There is no harm in attaching so,
This decision of attaching spouse docs
Should be the decision of the principalapplicant
If IELts Score of spouse matters, this can also matter

Buddy, for IELTS score of spouse - there is a specific reason. But as far as spouse documents are concerned, this information is nowhere available it helping in interview waiver or any other thing. Kindly provide your source if you think this is valid. Thanks

Hello Ashif and other seniors
The MR came along with request for PCC as well as an information to re-fill the IMM 5669 form filling up the gap of few months (2004/12 to 2005/04 )as well which was left earlier in the section 8 of that IMM5669 form.
While reviewing the same form, i observed that i have specified my duration of stay in india as 2006/06 to 2008/05 instead of 2006/07 to 2008/05 as per my character certificate issued by college (difference of a month). Shall i correct and resend the IMM5669 form with the date as 2006/07 to 2008/05 as the PCC most probably will have be from 2006/07 to 2008/05 as per the certificates. )
Do i need to provide an affidavit explaining the situation or simply correcting the form with dates as 2006/07 to 2008/05 will do?
Do they keep record in software (computerized) of my previous form which have reached earlier with my application ?
Will they regard it as misleading information ?
Please suggest
Thanks in advance.

Pasting my question again Guys help please

Which area to select in Q-5 preferred city in Canada please share experiences ; I am an HR by profession

You can select a) ON and b) Toronto from the drop-down list as most of the applicants do and believe me it will have NO EFFECT on your application processing.

Ohk... mine is from delhi but i applied online on delhi police site & it was delivered on my mail id after 2 days.

Really confused whether this is fine or not.

Anyways, thanks a ton for the information, was really helpful. +1 for you. :-)

Copies of reference letters and education certificates.

The only original documents are IELTS, PCC, ECA report.

Spouse reference letters and education certificates are not required.

Required spouse documents at application filing stage:
- IELTS (if applicable) - Original
- PCC (if you are sending it with the application) - Original
- Passport copy
- National ID (if applicable) - copy of the ID card, translated, attested, notarized (originals).
