I have B2 french, Ielts 7.5 in each 4 years exp. in mentioned occupation but now working in occupation which in not in that list ... i applietd for FSW now ... i have chance to get selected or not ??

Main condition for applying under FSWP is to have min 1 yr experience under prescribed NOC code. If u have it in past 10 yr u can apply for fswp14.

they sent my file bak...i called on d number which u guys gave in d forum yesterday,,,..they said they have sent my file bak on 30 september.. but i have not receieved it yet..any advise guys wat to do next..i am very tensed about dis.. how mch more time i have till i can send it bak again

I am sorry to hear about your application. You should check with your local and head postoffice for your application. If you know the reason of return you should prepare for a new application. Apply for additional copy of IELTS trf. Also keep an eye on NOC capping.
