Why you are advising her to send original reference letters. Could you please give us any reference from CIC for original reference letters. "And about your spouse u should attached his experience certificates copies and his education certificates copies it will give them picture that your spouse will not laibality to Canadian gov" and this is also totally useless. No offense but please do not advise until and unless you are 100 % sure. I hope you do not mind. Cheers
Totally agree with you in this regard. I think adding docs. of spouse which are not mentioned might be cause to complications in future at any stage in VO/CHC.

Any suggestions...PLS...
hi abhi
congrates.... :) :)
when did you finish your medicals?
mine 3rd line has not been added yet....

According to what I observed on the forum, the hospital will not upload first if the result is not fine. They will ask you to do again to confirm.

So, your result is fine.

Hello Ddoctor or any other applicant,

Guys waiting their application back to them, you should immediately contact ur area's postman if ur application is returned by the CIC. It is quite possible that post office have received ur app bt nt delivered. This is the best way to get it back. It help me also, may be helpful for u also. And Yes if NOC numbers are less than 500 u should send it again.

I have B2 frnech, Ielts 7.5 in each 4 years exp. in mentioned occupation but now working in occupation which in not in that list ... i applietd for FSW now ... i have chance to get selected or not ??

Hello All

Today 2nd Line got updated on ECAS as 2. We started processing your application for permanent residence on November 21, 2014
So now when can we Expect our MR Request

NOC : 2174
Application Received : 5 June 2014
PER : 9 October 2014
congrats :)

Note sure if this update has been already shared or not.

CIC has clarified that No more FSWP apps will be considered after 1st January. So all those in process of arranging docs, shud expedite and make sure its reached there by 31st Dec 2014.

Note: As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.
Sending more than one application does not increase your chances of being accepted for permanent residence. All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines. Fees will be charged for each one.

Hi Riyavisa

thanks for responding, but some others are advising to send all copies of educational documents to support no gaps in education time? Is this ok. Also for spouse to support with educational and experience letters, pls help... I mean these are all ordinary and advance level certificates along with education in a field I have stopped following .... should I send copies of all these documents...

Famham, there is absolutely no need to send "spouse's" educational documents, it is not mentioned anywhere. If you would see the document checklist, CIC clearly mentions that you need to send only copies of degree certificates and your degree marksheets. Please refer the document checklist here : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf and ask if you have any doubt :)

Copies of reference letters and education certificates.

The only original documents are ILETS, PCC, ECA report.

Supporting documents of spouse are sometimes useful in getting interview waiver
There is no harm in attaching so,
This decision of attaching spouse docs
Should be the decision of the principalapplicant
If IELts Score of spouse matters, this can also matter
