Buddy ,

You have to prove that you have the liquidity to show so that you can settle there initially , what i did was i get a written certificate from my bank that i have these fds and can cash them before the maturity and yes they can check and confirm your financila health at any time before giving you the Visa

I have a query for seniors and especially those who got MR!!!

How long do I have to maintain fund which i have shown as proof of funds?
In my case it was in the form of FDs (1 month maturity).

Does visa office cross check fund availability without my consent?

or How do the verify funds?

Please help me with this

I already have moved funds to other accounts and this query is just for peace of mind as it was bugging me for quite some time.

Hey guys,
this is my first post in a forum,but yours is really helpful
I got a letter for MR , RPRF, detailed CV ,criminal clearance(again) and they asked me what I was doing in a 3month period in 2011 which I already stated in my documents that I was working.
I did my medical and the result is sent to them and the rest of the documents wil be posted in a few days.
what are the chance I could actually get a VISA,since my medical results were fine?

Status shows In process........on click if further it shows we received your application on 25 th........

My question is does in process means I have achieved positive evaluation or it doesn't mean anything just a intimation that they received my application

I received my PER on 25th Aug and I changed my job on 20th Aug. Is it mandatory to inform VO regarding my job change. Do you think I should inform them now. If so what docs to be add along with the cover letter? Pl note that my current JD is not matching with the NOC I applied for. Would appreciate your feedback.

I think u missed PER like mine...my DD was cashed on 20th oct....no PER mail...received Medicals directly on 21st nov,2014.Nothing to worry u will be ok....

Hey canindia999,

I think you missed the email from them.. you need to add it to safe sender list and also make sure you check spam and all sections/labels of gmail if you have provided the same for communication.
Even if somebody gets a PR the online status would be the same " We have received your application on DATE" its my own experience and i have received the PER email in 7 days of the CC charge. All the best relax and you will have everything in place.
