Attributes of PER mails are
1.UCI number
2.Application number
3.Receipt Number
If you send an inquiry to CIC on application status and you receive a reply with #1 & 2 above,that is
simply PER please.
To have an update,click the link below and input your details.
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do
This will displace the date your application was received at CIC.
The next stage is to wait for further instructions from your local visa office.

If someone has an issue with their medical, and CIC asks them to do additional tests at a later day, is it an absolute requirement to have those tests done by the original panel physician, or can they use another panel physician somewhere else?

This is an indication that September applications are among the 1,000 for NOC 2171
Latest DD encashed:13 August

Total CIC Apps: 9,860 and not 9,242(Error in total applications received)
