Why I didnt receive my PER today ? I am 31st July. I paid with money order, I know it takes time but I should have received my PER by now.

C'mon CIC . . . dont let me down, I trusted you!!!

dont worry someone with 30 july application has just received PER - you will get yours soon since DD is about 10 days after CC charge

Diplomatru , I never thought about it. Do you know why they take longer?
Based upon your own experience, should I expect to receive the PER soon ? As per ScotiaBank the money order wasnt cashed yet on last Friday.

Thank you +1

Thanks. The important thing about AOR (PER) is the title of the signing authority. If there are no issues with the app eligibility determination is performed by Case Processing Agent, if managerial review is required (random QA or complexity of app) it is handed over to Program Support Officer. It is a good teaser for anybody to guess the level of scrutiny the app went through at CIO stage and if to expect timely processing at VO.

Sending more than one application does not increase your chances of being accepted for permanent residence. All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines. Fees will be charged for each one.

The above line got updated on CIC website. So I feel that now it is very clear that the current system is ending by Dec 31. Dear members, pls comment

The banks never hold relevant info on the cash checking. So don't bother.
The best way to expect AOR (PER) is to grasp that it takes 1w to 1m after cost recovery depending on your app complexity and luck (QA), and hence the estimate 10-15 days can not work out for a particular applicant. Imagine there is no forum, and you wouldn't know who got processed before you and just stumble upon your AOR (PER) email one day.
