Got a DD for RPRF made in INR for 27600/- in favour of Canadian High Commission payable at new delhi...
I hope i hv done it right...i saw on person wrote here in the forum CAD 450 or 26700 INR which I think is the older version of the fee..

by looking at behavior of 2171 what are speculations for 2132(mechanical engineers) that is 596 now?

NOC 2132 is as good as being capped but this might accommodate some NOV applicants
if mother luck is with them.

Global SS is only reporting 20-30% of the applicants and there are a lot of applicants
out there that are not being captured by the global SS.
Note:If the global SS says 100 applicants,in reality it is already 250-300 with CIC please.
With this statement above,I wasn't surprised from 500+ to 1000 for NOC 2171.
Warning:All other uncapped NOCs with high numbers will follow this trend as well.

ksa0510 I checked in SS there about 71 applications for 2171 from 21st July till 2nd September, lets take it as 80 means globally 240 and lets make it 300. Now 553+300 makes it 853, means still there is hope for September applicants at least till mid of September. But still fingers crossed for Sep 2171

is my application good as denied? and if ever how can i have a refund?

As I submitted my application on 22nd October, for NOC 2132 visa office –LONDON
According to Spread sheet, on average PER from CIC is coming in 45 days, firstly is it true. Sad
If yes, could it be possible for me to get PER by 5th December. Roll Eyes
Counting from 22nd –October – 2014 to 5th December -2014 [45 days]
