Mine is 5th Aug received date, CC charged on 10th Nov, NOC 2171...waiting on PER...Worried as I could see many getting PER in 10 days after the charge date.

Dont worry Rajesh.. CC Charges have been done in a very random way. PER's have sent out in a orderly manner.

Currently 29th, 20th Jul applicants are receiving PERs. Check SS for the Pattern of PER's

I am a SGVO applicant from Bangladesh .

AOR: 28/10

Checked status in Ecas and found " We have started processing your application from 18th Nov" , Feeling nervous . When next mail will come ??

Any SGVO applicant , can you please let me know how many days it take for MR request from 18th Nov .

already emailed COI last Nov 3. still no reply. my NOC was already cap full, so do you think its already denied?

Normally they take 30-45 days to respond to the queries !! So I would suggest try calling them or wait for their reply on your query !!

My application has reached them on 1st Nov 14. Also I had previously updated my data on SS when i joined here.. ( whatever i can give on SS). Seems like i am going to get great help in future too. !! ..

Dear Saurabh,

Do you know on which date your application has been received? From that received date you have wait for 90 days for your file to be processed at CIC. But based on current CIC activity it may be the processing will start sonner then expected. If your payment mode is CC then you will know right away about your file when CIC will charge it. Currently CIC is charging and issuing PER to last week of July and August applicants. Now what is PER? We forum members call it PER(Positive Eligibility Review) Which is actually PDR(Positive Determination Of Eligibility). When you will pass the completeness check CIC will charge your payment after that CIC will send you an email informing you that you are eligible for FSWP and further processing. This we call PER mail. This mail contains a UCI(Unique Client Identifier) & a file number. After that CIC will send your file to your local visa office which is NDVO for further review and processing. And I don't think there will be of any delay as you working in Dhaka now. And yes you can have your medical from Dhaka(CIC panel physicians only). And when your time will come for visa you can ask CIC about it that time. So now you wait for your turn to come. But do know your application delivery date from your consultant & always follow this forum. And if you are not enlisted in the global SS please get enlisted now. Below is the link.....

Is there some cases that process is stopped and application is rejected after cc charged?

How rare or frequent is that case?

I just would like to share our Happiness now. Our Mastercard was only charged this morning around 2am.

Really thankful 1st of all to God Almighty. And still continue to Pray sincerely for the further processing our application.

CC is charged after Completeness check. After CC Charge, they check for Eligibility whether you have 67 points or not.

If you do not have 67 points. then it will be rejected.

Very rare but happened.

Very happy to share that my CC has been charged yesterday night.

Admin, could you please update my entry in SS. I dont have the link bookmarked

Some information want to share:

I did not get LOR from my last employers, hence I managed to get a LOR on plain paper from my previous managers and I attached the relieving letters hence they also left the company. In addition to that, I also attached communication letter with HR saying they are not ready to give LOR.
