Absolutely dear. No harm in sending the receipt, but I wanted to make sure that other applicants don't freak out if they hadn't.

Sending a photocopy of medical receipt is fine?

YES, VIJI :)
your checklist is fine and Apollo ppl are correct, they uploads directly. 100% correct :)
All hospitals having eMedical facilities, can directly upload the Medical results to VO.

Palak,

So a photocopy of the medical receipt will do?

Did you complete your tests from Apollo as well?

Thanks,

Blood test is part of eMedical anyway.

I have consulted with 3 DMP offices regarding medicals; these tests are primarily done:

1. Urine Analysis:
A. Glucose
B. Blood
C. Protein
2. Blood Test:
A. Syphillis
B. HIV
3. XRAY
4. Eye Exam
5. Physical Examination

If something abnormal is found in the aforemtioned test, the DMP asks for further blood tests or other tests.

Seniors please comment.

YES, from Apollo and they have submitted, but VO has not update the status yet. Apollo staff is very co-operative with these docs.

When did you submit your docs?

Thats correct, the steps also includes a formal thing i.e. weight & height.
If any thing found to a concern they will inform to take another test. And thats very normal nothing to worry.

Eg. if there is High pressure observed for couple of times, Doc will ask to take ECO test and that stage things comes normal and done.

Sending original, copy or not sending it all is all the same. If the doctor uploaded your results - you are perfectly good.

After Medicals are done, by 7-10 working days time they submit the medical results.
(generally most of the hospitals /depending on rush)

If you mentioned that you have a national ID in your application and you did not provide an evidence, that might be a problem
If you did not mentioned that you have national ID, I do not think its a problem.
I think the national ID is supporting document, unlike the birth certificate which i think its mandatory.

This just my opinion.

Congrats to all the members who received good news from CIC these days.

Thank you all.

You can even ask the doctors office to fax you a copy of the result. That way you can check if there are any human errors I.e names, UCI number or else
