Would you please share your rejection letter mentioning what they wrote on the cover letter as rejection cause?

Dear Farja,

You don't need to worry that you didn't mention visa office. According to CIC staff's work manual they are instructed to write the name of the appropriate visa office if an applicant doesn't write it or misses it. If you make any other mistake then you can worry.

Yes, of course. Excluding your relatives you made a misrepresentation. It is very serious. You MUST follow the guide and if you did not they could reject easily.

Charging your card means ONLY that you got 67 points. Now they will start looking in your papers, and discover, for example, that you did not provide necessary documents for your wife, that you excluded relatives who must be there.. all of it could be a reason to rejection.

I am a NOC 2171 applicant. my application was received on 7th Aug. i am still waiting for any update from CIC. my payment mode was CC (not yet charged ).

Can anybody please tell me if i am going to receive any rejection notification through email (if there is any mistake in my application) or i will only get to know after i receive my package back?

I have submitted 10 th certificate and mine have both parents name and DOB , above and over that i have notarized it....attached extra copy of passport too and mentioned that on cover letter ...what is your veiw ...my NOC is 2132 and application submission date is 24 th sept 2014...please advice

Wow...

I am usually connected to my mobile network, or wifi. whichever is available. and my mobile is 24X7 switched on... very rarely it happens mobile battery is dead and it gets switched off...

Last night.. battery was too low and was crushing some candies...

Obviously mobile got switched off.. and am stuck in 350th level for a while.. got bored to continue playing with the charger on.. so left my mobile for charging through laptop charging which is quite slow compared to power point charging.. and since battery was completely dead.. i cudnt switch it on immediately...

I am a early morning person by nature and also my work demands... and thus was bit sleepy... and decided to take a power nap..

Power nap.. ended up being regular nap and din't wake up...

Later.. around 4 AM (IST).. i wake up.. realized my mobile is switched off.. how bad.. first thing.. switched it on..

guess what happens next.. My mobile internet is not behaving well... niether my wifi....

Felt like this is some sort of indication of my GOLDEN EMAIL...

Couldn't control.. switched off and switched on my mobile twice.. still internet doesn't work... i am getting crazy.. its all dark... tried to restart wifi router...

Finally... it worked... I am connected...

There... i receive a notification.. Two mails received...!!!!

i can't believe... Yes... its the mail for which i was waiting for so long... finally i am PERed

it is difficult to predict. I guess for this NOC they would have gone beyond the dates they completed the completeness check for other NOCs, so difficult to see whether they went till Sept end or beyond that etc

Seniors, Please give your opinion about NOC 2171. Since the cap has been updated to 1000,till which date they have reviewed applications for completeness and if Sep,Oct applicants are inside the cap..

Received MR - doubt

hi seniors,

I am 9th June applicant NOC 2173.

I received MR and RPRF request on 20th november.

MR request mail contains line :

'Please send photocopies of your updated/valid passports (only front and back Bio pages) for all .'

Doubt:

1. Shall I reply to this mail with passport attachments....or shall I send it along with MR acknowledgement letter, PCC and RPRF receipt - all in one courier.

2. After receiving PR & Visa, is it necessary to travel principle applicant and dependants together? - ya one can travel individually?

Also few observations :

1. If it's wrong practice then why local police station is accepting applications for PCC..??

2. On CIC website it has been clearly mentioned that PCC can be applied through local town police station for INDIA.

3. Just besides of these lines in the bracket it has been mentioned that "Also, one can get PCC from PSK".

Bro...not contradicting ur personal observation...just wondering...

This is a personal observation, why do you want to get it done from local police station, when the correct procedure is via the local PSK. By going directly to local police station, we are exposing ourselves to wrong practices and hence further wrondoings by officials themselves. I maybe wrong on this .. but as I said thats a personal observation
