I had applied for NOC 2171 and my application had reached CIC on 27 August 2014. And mode of payment was DD. The noc has been capped. What are my chances ? The latest CC charged date 4 SEP 2014.

Experts please comment. Thanks in advance!

Im not an expert, however cause ur DD , it may take another week or two, .. latest 2171 registered was CC august 28th .. Do not lose hope

Hi. When do you think completeness check started for sept 4 app noc 0113?

I included orig 1st wes report with my sept 4 app but it was revised so I sent revised wes and was received by cio oct 30.Do you think I passed completeness check? If yes, what you take when I will be cc charge?

After reading sept 4 app returned due to incompleteness last nov 18 I just feel a little not too optomistic anymore.

I am applying for NOC 2241 and have 5 years of experience in this NOC.
To gain two more points to qualify for FSWP, I am planning to show experience in NOC 2283 (Software testing).
Will I get point for NOC 2283 (it is not listed in the eligible NOC's list for this FSWP program---but is listed in the NOC 2011 edition under Skill category B)???

Please help I am waiting your response as I have to apply ASAP Huh Huh

So by this time their doing for September applicants yet...

So it seems. They prioritized 2171 and 2173, c-checked them and then performed cost recovery without the usual 25 days cooldown. Other NOCs were disregarded during the time this policy was implemented. The file review though followed FIFO order.

You will get points from all work experience in NOC O,A and B as long as you submit all the required evidence for the work.

Yes, technically. But the reference letter must meticulously follow the CIC guidelines
