So sorry to hear that your app was return, did cic mentioned why it did not passed completeness check?

You emailed cix oct 13 and cic emailed you back today is this correct?

Unfortunately I've just got an email from the bank saying that my Money Order was not cashed. I am app from 31st July, NOC 0911.

1) Does anyone know the latest DD charge, overall and for this particular NOC?
2) Considering that they are charging late August, should I begin prepare myself for bad news?

Its disheartening to know this buddy ... Wish you all the best for EE ... probably something better is in store with EE 2015.

I am thinking, maybe it's due to the duties doesn't match NOC code.
Seniors, what should I fill the occupation if the title it's software desginer. but the duties are actually Data warehouse developer, should I claim the NOC code as 2172 or 2173?

Guys, I am not sure if my analysis is correct but now that we see 2171 was already capped maybe they will now return on reviewing August applicants for 2173. I guess they had their full attention to 2171 for the last few weeks so it will be capped and all IT hot NOC's will now reviewed thoroughly. Also, it will stop other to-be-applicants to send docs on IT NOC's. Thus, in the few more weeks we can hear 2173 moving till end of August.

This is just my 2 cents. I hope I am right on this.

I'm sept 4 app, I sent add't doc it reach cio oct 30. Do you think it was too late since I did a lot of back reading, completeness check for sept 4 app seem to have been early nov.

Received an e-mail dated 21 November 2014 stating:

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Your application has now been placed into processing.

Maybe seniors here at forum can help you why it did not pass completeness check.
