appl recd cic 20 aug.
DD Charge 19 Nov.
NOC 1111

i didnt provide my spouse info.and exclude additional dependent form from the application pack due to some personal reasons.some friends mentioned on form that my application could be rejected due to incomplete information,however CIC has charge fee.
pls give your opinion whether they might returned application now?or it has been gone throu from completeness check.
plss help if there is still chances of rejection

Do you mean your DD is already encashed? How did you find out?

I was Applicant 21st August. NOC-2171 and now I see the cap reached full and payment mode was DD.

Yes, of course. Excluding your relatives you made a misrepresentation. It is very serious. You MUST follow the guide and if you did not they could reject easily.

Charging your card means ONLY that you got 67 points. Now they will start looking in your papers, and discover, for example, that you did not provide necessary documents for your wife, that you excluded relatives who must be there.. all of it could be a reason to rejection.

I believe you are safe. CIC probably included all the applications they have received till date in the current cap (probably to stop people from sending in any more application for this NOC).

it's sad for me, but it may be a good news for other 2173 applicants, as it seems Sep 2173 may still have chances

The documents were also returned to you on 18 Nov 2014.



We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.



Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.
