Can anyone tell me how to book an appointment for a medical exam in India?
(more specifically at Apollo hospital in Ahmedabad)

I mean do I need to contact hospital or doctor directly? What is the process i.e. what details do they required?

I've tried emailing Dr Dhiraj Saxena at Apollo Ahmedabad last week but haven't received any reply yet so (as I expected) email doesn't seem to be an effective medium (as with pretty much any business in India) even though they have listed it on their website.

Today I got confirmation from my bank that my DD got en-cashed. There is nothing outstanding in their NOSTRO Account as on 19 November 2014.
I am 13 August Applicant.

With the grace of God. My CC charged 1 hour before:

NOC : 2133
File reached : 21st Aug
CC charged : 20 Nov

Got a message from my friend (whose CC already charged 3 days before for same NOC) about my CC charging status and after 5 min's message flashed for charging.

May all Augustian will get the same soon!!!

Your application package should reach CIC before 31/Dec/2014, if you want to file under the FSW 2014 program.

Seniors Please Help!!

I have sent my application on 7th Oct with my 10th form certificate as my DOB proof as we both(me & wife) dont have Birth certificate.

I read some where that education certificate is not considered as DOB proof for FSW. What should i do now.

Can anyone share some format which i need to prepare as DOB document proof.

Make an Affidavit from parent or by you itself, and send it to cio asap.. Most of the cases have been approved by cic on basis of affidavit

Best of luck.... You will be through if you do send before your package marks for incompleteness
