Can anyone tell me how to book an appointment for a medical exam in India?
(more specifically at Apollo hospital in Ahmedabad)

I mean do I need to contact hospital or doctor directly? What is the process i.e. what details do they required?

I've tried emailing Dr Dhiraj Saxena at Apollo Ahmedabad last week but haven't received any reply yet so (as I expected) email doesn't seem to be an effective medium (as with pretty much any business in India) even though they have listed it on their website.

I am not a patriot or anything..but just that it does not seem right to put all the people in one category if one of them is not behaving correctly...hope you understand what i am trying to say

Today I got confirmation from my bank that my DD got en-cashed. There is nothing outstanding in their NOSTRO Account as on 19 November 2014.
I am 13 August Applicant.

A mail is being received from LVO seeking certain clarifications (my wife is principal applicant. NOC-1111, PER dt 3/10/14)

The mails says the below:
(a) New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself and your spouse since the age of 18. This form must be fully complete. Each month must be accounted for and listed

(b) Explanation for your change of name
(c) Explanation as to why your marriage was registered in Nov/02 when your marriage was solemnised in Mar/01
(d) 6 months of payslips and corresponding bank statements showing salary deposits.
(e) Explanation of time taken for maternity including salary payments if applicable
(f) original police certificates for you and your spouse

The above to be submiited within 30 days

My respponse which will be refined further based on your guidance
(a) Will be filled up
(b) It is tradition for Hindu female to change her name at the time of marriage
(c) Registration of marriage is not compulsory as such in India at the time of marriage. At the time of application for passport for the first time, marriage certificate was taken.
(d) Maternity leave certificate from company will be attached
(e) Action to arrange Police Clearnce Certificate will be initiated

You know what is the procedure to encashed DD by CIC..

It take 1-2 week more than the CC charge since sent by CIC to banks. I think CIC does the charging at the same time but DDs lag behind due to banking channel. My assumptions. :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X

1-Bachelor's Degree Four Years (Business Administration-Finance)
2-Bachelor's Degree Three Years (Computer Science)
3-Diploma (two Years) Electronics
4-Diploma (two Years) Science
5-Seconday School Diploma

Can anyone tell that how many points shall I get for my Education?
