Dear SMS2014,

Have some queries for you !! Request you to please help !!

1) As per your PPR request letter, they told you to submit Passports in UAE. Are you currently in UAE???

2) Is it a general practice of all VO?? Will NDVO also ask me ( As I am in UAE currently) to get my visa stamped here in Abu Dhabi??

3) If NDVO asks to send Passports at New Delhi only, can we request them to get this thing done here at Abu Dhabi?

4) Does this request delay the process??

Thanks in Advance !!

Hi Lalits2002,

I am the main applicant and I provided a bank statement of my Spouse as POF. Also, I have attached a NOC for the usage of funds signed by my spouse.

Hope this Helps!
Gud Luck!

If the amount is in spouse account there is no need to get NOC from spouse. Because CIC clearly says that it can be either in your OR your spouse name.

bank accounts in your name or the name of your accompanying spouse/common-law partner;
cash-able investments in your name or the name of your accompanying spouse/common-law partner;
cash-able fixed deposits in your name of the name of your accompanying spouse/common-law partner.

Application sent to CIO - Sydney, NS

CC Charged / DD Encashed (Application can be refused after CC charge, chances of refusal are slim though)

PER (if PER you get a UCI Unique Client Identification and a Client Application number )/ (if NER out of the Loop, as you don't qualify for the process)

1st line on Ecas (We received your application for Permanent Residence on ....) (1st line on Ecas may also appear before PER)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

File transfer to Visa office

AOR (Some Visa offices don't send AOR email - NDVO doesn't)

INTERVIEW (mostly waived)

2nd line on Ecas (We started processing your application on ......)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

MR + RPRF + Additional documents request

3rd Line on Ecas (Medical Results have been received)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

PPR

4th line on Ecas (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision)
ECAS Status : DECISION MADE

VISA

Dear Suhits

Already +1 to you taking pain to explain this. My worry is still there, that is between the two stages of "UCI email" and NDVO message of "Started Processing", can we still get NER. I mean there are chances of application getting rejected, so which category would it fall. Is it not called NER.

Dear Mate,

Thank you very much for your comments and feedback.

You are absolutely right that I am matching my duties with the Mechanical Engineer Projects designation...

And the duties which I am performing as a Marketing Engineer is additional to my experience of Projects Engineer....

Now, if I have submitted the application with the current duties, what are the chances of acceptance of my application?

And if chances are low than should I amend the duties and resend it?

Thanks
the duties mentioned on HRSDC are a combination of tasks that Mechanical Engineers do in different roles. You cant do maintenance duties along with project management, design engineer duties etc at the same time. The duties are specific to role of engineer at his workplace. But there are some duties which are common for every mechanical engineer which include the vendor selection and procurement tenders verification/technical scrutiny, development of standards and supervision of technical staff. You cant be at the same time a practicing design engineer, maintenance engineer, HVAC engineer, project manager or analyst. The common things should match plus one of the roles I mentioned.

Hi All,

My wife had contacted TB when she was 13 years old. She underwent complete treatment then and had also recovered completely. After that incident, she has always remained healthy. She is 35 now, and it was observed by our radiologist that her X-Ray reveals the old TB signatures indicating the previous infection. She will certainly disclose this history when she goes for her medicals but the only thing I am worried about is that she has not preserved any medical documents as a witness of the ailment she had 22 years back. Can someone from the forum guide us on this issue. Also, whether shall I have to get a medical certificate explaining her medical background and the treatment duration, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Arka

Hi ShahPrateek,

Yes. I am in Middle East - UAE, hence my VO office was London. The passports were sent to Abu Dhabi VO for stamping since it is the nearest/closest to all applicants in UAE.

To answer your second question, negative, it is not a general practice. The Local VO that you had mentioned will process your PPR as well. (in your case NDVO I guess)

If your VO is NDVO, then Passports have to be submitted to NDVO only. However, I am unsure about this, but you can request NDVO once you receive PPR about your current situation & whether you can get your VISA stamped from Abu Dhabi VO (Seniors can comment on this case).

On your last question, It may/may not delay the process (I do not have any prior experience).

i think sending an updated one would not be a good idea. JDs look OK to me.

That really is going to happen, Not sure or final stamping from NDVO, but PPR can Wish 4 u
