Little bit of confusion about the exact meaning of PER and the forum term PER. My understanding is that once CIO checks the file and transfer it to VO, it is called PER. However, it seems we are using the AOR for the same. And PER is used in the forum for receipt of UCI and File number. Kindly enlighten me.. bit confused here.

Can anyone please answer my query?
I have already applied for the FSW 2014, now i also want to send a new application where my wife would be the primary applicant. So my query is

Can i send the same Proof of funds that i already sent with my file or else my wife has to show a different proof of funds?

You can send the same POF, provided they are in your/your spouse's name. She being the principal applicant, you will be dependent in this application.

You have to just wait for your medicals that your local will send to you so practically you have to do nothing

Dear Mate,

I have already submitted the application on 2nd.Oct.2014 under NOC 2132.

I am just confirming that whether these JDs will do the job or I have to send an amendment to it...

I am raising this question because few posts are suggesting that your JDs should match more than 80 % with the NOC requirement. And I am nit sure about the percentage match of my current JDs...

Buddy I was in a same situation as well. If u see NOC 2132 its consists of Job responsibilities of 2-3 different departments and if one is matching 80-100% in NOC 2132 then either that person is a hotshot in the company whu is given so much responsibilties or he/she is faking it . So dun worry mine matched 50-60% and i got the PER.

Application received at CIC on 2nd June 2014
PER received on: 30 th Sep 2014
AOR received on: 7 th Nov 2014
MR, PPR, and RPRF received on : 19 th Nov 2014.


Am very happy and tensed at the same time... I am the primary applicant and my spouse is away in a different country for work for a few months.

I have to complete the formalities with in 30 days ... Some where its written 60 days some where its written 30 days... But after reading carefully all the docs and attachments i understand i must do it in 30 days...

Can i submit my spouse's passport on his behalf to CVAC / vfs canada if he courier me his passport???

I ddnt authorize any representative in my apllication!

Does HDFC informs if DD is encashed or not?
I tried to contact HDFC bank but they are saying they dont know how to check it?
How is it possible?
I am confused..

Visit the HDFC branch from where you got your DD along with a photocopy, the branch should be able to tell you if its encashed only after 2 days as he has to check with main branch..

Medical clinic told that the medical report is of one page for one person, which they will send in email. Is that the report we have to send alongwith other document? In how many days did you received your medical report from clinic?

You will normally get your medical report in 2 days...i.e if you do your tests on a wednesday you will probably get it on the same week's friday.
Yes the Medical report that they will give are normally 1 page. Yes you have to send those medical reports too. just remember to keep a copy of those with yourself.

No need to do any informing to anyone now. When you get PER, after that with the medicals you can send her updated passport along to your local VO. Nothing to worry

In that form my wife's name will be based on previous passport details whereas she will be carrying to the hospital new valid passport. Will that not create problem and even the doctor can refuse since the names are not matching up.

That is absolutely ok. You can also do one thing, after your receive your PER, you can send a Case specific enquiry to NDVO in like 15-20 days and send the updated passport copy to them, they will change the name in the MR request which they are going to send. So you should be fine.
