hello everyone , this my first entry here , ive been following this forum for sometime but kept silent untill now obviously , to be honest with u THIS FORUM IS AWESOME , great job guys , this proves that canada is uniting ppl from different nations even before reaching its lands,
we are a first time applyers we sent our file to our laywer in toronto in sep 3rd and he passed it to cic 1 week later , so approx. our file will be falling in the 2nd week of sep NOC 2132 , ive noticed that there were cc charges on 25/28 aug for our noc , and someone said that these dates might be the cap dates as he suggests this to be a trend done before with 2173,2174 NOCs , my questions here to the seniors : is this a possibility ? are sep applications doomed ? :-\ :'( ??? :-\ :'( ??? :-X :-X :-X

Nobody knows for sure, but NOC 2132 should be safe for the first weeks of september.

Have faith! You will find out in about a month.

I just got my CC charged. I need some insight from experts on what are the probability of PER? What kind of verification are done before CC charge and after CC charge? Any info will be helpful to curb anxiety .

Friends just need a small help. I have received PER on 19h Nov,2014 . my visa office is New Delhi.
What happens next? can somebody just help put a step by step process in brief as a guideline please
any particular points i need to be careful of.

step 1: your file will be transferred to NDVO
step 2: sometimes you can see we started processing your file on XXX date 2nd line updation in ECAS
step 3: Background and security check will be done on your file, if passed
step 4: MR request, if passed
step 5: PPR request.
step 6: Land canada ;D ;D ;D

Hello Seniors,

As I mentioned earlier in the day that I was informed by CIC that my application received on july 31 was returned due to capping of NOC 1112, I am planning to reapply under 0111 and had a few questions:

- I have a total of 3 years of experience of which my experience for 2 yrs matches 0111, what are my chances of getting approved under 0111? My job title is Financial Analyst
- As i was filling Sched 3 I had a few questions- under ques 12 work experience, sub part a. would be filled Fin Manager and Noc 0111? and subpart b. what should i fill for occupation and noc? Should I fill fin analyst as occupation as i am currently that and then noc as 0111 as my current duties are those performed by a fin manager or 1112 as the noc for fin analyst is 1112. Please advise.
