i made my application under noc 1112 on 10th july. till now there is no reply from their side. even bank is not answering about dd charged. now the noc has reached the cap. am i out of game?
its november 19 already

please reply and guide

July 10 application, i think you are safe with NOC 1112 cap...
Just wait for some more days you will surely hear positive news from CIC..

What does second line updated indicate.

Does background verification started. (Why does NDVO takes much time)

All our documnets are genuine becuase we already verified educational credentails by WES
And company experience we include PANNO,form 16 and payslips,JDs
Remaining all docs are issued by govt statuary bodies (Marriage certificates,birth certificates etc,passports.)

As i told you already about my information..
I am 7th may applicant.. PER received=August 5, Local visa office start processing= 7th Sept.
Visa office= NDVO.
and till now NO MEDICAL REQUEST..

So, in this case, Can all of you please tell us the probability to get medical request? OR how visa office (NDVO) reject any application?

I have to make an additional payment of CAD150 for the new addition to my application. Does anybody know if I can this payment online? Is the online payment method only applicable for RPRF or can I use the same link for this payment as well.

Also, can anyone also share the link for the online RPRF payment page for NDVO.

dear sunsat,

if u have filled 'schedule 3 form' properly and attached ref leeters etc[as u have mentioned], its ok. no issue of resume, it will not affect.

if 'schedule 3 form' is missing, then RUSH to send it..
its abscenece will lead to 'incompleteness', means return..

Yes we have attached Reference letters, offer letters, appraisals, payslips too. but for this question we attached resume. I am so worried. did we fill it correctly. can we send another schedule 3 form as addendum? our application reached CIO on 10th September. will it be too late? Please advise.

I have each reference letter of different positions held in company with Job description matching to NOC JD.

My Question is in Generic Application Form , Current occupation ? what i have to write ? Which Designation ???? The target NOC or the present designation i am serving ?

In current occupation you have to write about your current job profile and designation.....

Dear many members, have the same GENUINE docs, submitted, its the Process/system every VO follows, and every process from 1 table to another takes time. VO has other types of visa also to sorted. So have patience. Things will start as per your timeline soon.

If that would easy, by just submitting GENUINE docs, one could have just stand in que @ VO, and BANG visa issued.

Can anybody shed a light on the background checks performed before MR? What are they verify n from whom? Can the applicant get a call for his own verification?Someone please help....

Background checks are not done for all applicants...They are done for very few, however BC can be in any way

1. Verification done via phone or email
2. they may contact you via phone or email to ask further details they require
3. Third party agency is appointed for verification, where they can visit your office premises to check details
4. Interview.

Hi diyashlom,

There is no problem if the FD got matured. Usually local visa office doesn't ask for any proof of fund while sending MR and neither do they check with bank (banks are not allowed to tell account holder's details to a third party). Even if local visa office asks for an updated proof of fund (such as bank statement, FD etc.) you can always send the latest bank statement, which will highlight the FD amount deposited into savings account.

Relax! your MR is on its way.

HOW DOES CIC CHECK FOR THE AMOUNT, DO THEY JUST LOOK AT THE BANK STATEMENT OR??? DO I HAVE TO

Dear seniors and forum members ,

I am main applicant and our application was received on 31st July 2014. I have applied with my wife.

My wife had previously applied for Canada student visa in year 2010 with her dependant just making the marriage certificate but unfortunately she didn't received visa. We married last february and it is genuine. Now in background declaration form, we did not mentioned about it because lawyer said that CIC doesn't see the background check of dependant. They look over only for the main applicant.

I applied through Consultant. They had their own lawyer living in Canada. While Canadian lawyer had a visit to consultancy, I had asked him about it. And he said no need to keep that information about spouse.

Is this true? I am worried about it.

Is there any solution to come out from this problem?

But i think .... i am the last one for that date
and till now there is no phone call or other types of inquiry in my organization, so what type of verifying they are doing??
