Hi All,

I heard from someone that it will be problem/difficult to get PR or visa for them, who never traveled abroad or first time applying. Means there passport is fresh no visa stamp of any country on it.

Is it true ?

May be the guy who told you this is half-crazy. Just kidding... No nothing like that. Everyone is treated equally WRT PR or Visa atleast for Canada.

Not true. At some point everyone is a first time applicant, be it Work VISA, Resident VISA or Tourist VISA.

This is just another nuisance rumor.

Since Sep applications may have gone through c-check, does any Sep applicant receive returned package?
If any returned package, not so soon.
my friend in Europe received a returned package from CIC in one month.

Hi

Sent my Medical form and RPRF fees yesterday to NDVO.

How much time NDVO takes for asking of orginal passport. Any idea?

Regards

Gaurav Sharma

No idea, lot of our forum mates are still waiting..
For 2 PPRs reported till date it is around 1 month for PPR.

One of my friend got his PER today, his application was received on 21st July and mode of payment was DD, My application was sent on July 25th and mode of payment is CC and still no sign of CC being charged or any news from CIO, I have heard that CIC is processing hot NOC's first and cold NOC's will be processed later, if this is true do i still have a chance as my NOC is very cold hardly 5 Applications have been assessed so far ?? ??? ???

Hi,

1 Canadian Dollar equals 54.59 Indian Rupee. Based on the current value, take a DD for that amount.

Good Luck :-)

Dear.

US, Canada and UK Immigration officer usually check this requirement at the time of granting TOURIST VISA because fresh passport will create a doubt that the person will not return. However, immigration is a different ball game where person has to quality the criteria set out by CIC.

Thanks.
