My wife is interested to submit application for NOC-1111 and we discussed with a consultant. They replied that she is not eligible because she did Diploma in Business Management (Accounting ) for 3yrs, also they mentioned only Bachelor with CPA,ACCA or CMA holder will be eligible.
My wife's qualification is given here for your info
1. 3 Yrs Diploma in Business Management (Accounting ) In Canadia Curriculum from College of North Atlantic Qatar.
2. CCFC holder
3. CFC holder
4. 9 years experience in Big4 Audit Firm
5. IELTS overall Band 7.0

First of all you have to make free assessment on WES website which will show you the Canadian equivalency of 3 years diploma from the mentioned institute, then based on the number of years of equivalency you can check how many points you will get by visit CIC website (may be 21), regarding to IELTS you must calculate the points for each section (speaking, listening, reading and writing) not overall, work Exp will give you 15 points if you provide well reference letter, after that you can add the points as per the age of your wife, you can collect more 5 points if you (as a spouse) achieve in either English or French at CLB 4 level or higher in all four language abilities, finally calculate total points if you reach 67 or more you will be eligible to apply.
What your consultant said about the professional degrees is inaccurate as those credential will help you in immigration evaluation but not mandatory to apply, you may need to take Canadian CPA after getting the visa for work issue.

Whats Resume Attached?? You need duties from your company HR or supervisor on company letterhead and not resume. Did you attach those along?

Yes we have attached Reference letters, offer letters, appraisals, payslips too. but for this question we attached resume. I am so worried. did we fill it correctly. can we send another schedule 3 form as addendum? our application reached CIO on 10th September. will it be too late? Please advise.

If you have submitted reference letters for your job duties, then its fine, just that it should have been referenced here, not a problem as you have submitted reference letter . Resumes are gonna go into trash bin as they cannot be authenticated.

I think its not a good idea to send another as the initial review must have been done by now. keep calm and pray.

When i was hired i was

1. Junior XXXX
2. XXXX
3. Senior XXXX

I have 03 reference letter of each position. Now If you say the most recent will appear in Current Occupation ???? These are the promotions within same company.

I am applying under NOC 1113. Its November now and it's still showing a Nil sign. According to my understanding, Securities Agents and Brokers is quite a broad category and there should be some people here on this forum who have applied for this NOC. Anyone??

I just looked through the SS - Charge date estimate.
As I the weekends are not included, but when I follow the forum members posts I see that there were applicants charged on sundays or saturdays. Am I right??
Does it mean that we can accept the card charge date earlier ? :

I noticed a jump on the charge date on Spreadsheet. yesterday cic was charged 18-8 today 28-08

will they CAP Noc 2132 and will delay the other Nocs or the will jump with all Nocs !! wondering!!

Dude,

Nobody knows the actual working system of CIC. So no one can give the concrete decision on it.

But, as we have seen the trend of other capped NOCs, CIC might target next two hot NOCs just to reduce their job of completeness check of the rest of the application.

This is just my point of view.
