The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. Only applicants who meet the criteria specified in these Ministerial Instructions are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.

Your application has now been placed into processing.

This is what I received :)

Yes! this is exactly what it means. Can you please post the link where the "status table" is mentioned?

You will find this table once you log on to ECAS. in my case, this following window appears once i press the "in process" tab and it is on the bottom of the window which shows message "we received your application for PR on **********". This is one of the 3 tables shown on that page/window

Hi All,

I have to make an additional payment of CAD150 for the new addition to my application. Does anybody know if I can this payment online? Is the online payment method only applicable for RPRF or can I use the same link for this payment as well.

Also, can anyone also share the link for the online RPRF payment page for NDVO.

Thanks in advance for your responses.

I have sent all relevant documents to NDVO on 14th Nov'14, but till date no confirmation whether they have received the documents or any discrepancy found.

Will there be any status update on ECAS?

b.t.w. if everything is fine how much minimum time will NDVO take for passport request.

I am applying under NOC 1113. Its November now and it's still showing a Nil sign. According to my understanding, Securities Agents and Brokers is quite a broad category and there should be some people here on this forum who have applied for this NOC. Anyone??

Hi All,

I heard from someone that it will be problem/difficult to get PR or visa for them, who never traveled abroad or first time applying. Means there passport is fresh no visa stamp of any country on it.

Is it true ?
