Guys,

I have a doubt.

If I send a case specific enquiary to CPC-O regarding my application status,

1) How long it takes to get responce back from CPC-O?
2) Will it slowdown my file processing speed?
3) Will it create any negative affect on my application?

Don't do it. You will receive a generic answer that will not answer ANY questions (your app is in processing, you shall be contacted in due course- blah-blah) and distract the IPA from doing his job. I can't emphasize it enough, but always keep communication with CIC at the miminum!

Canada, more good news please. God bless everyone.

FINALLY THE GOLDEN EMAIL PER IN MY MAILBOX..

Today is my daughters first birthday.. we just now came home after the function .. I was refreshing my gmail as usual for every 30 min.. There you go .. I didn't believe what I was looking at..

NOC - 2171
Application received date at CIC - 24-Jul
DD encashed date as per the email - 7-Nov
PER date - 18-Nov

Hi Admin .. am sorry... i lost my web link as my laptop crashed and I cannot add my details.. could you please update it .. also it would be great if you can share the link, if possible. I will do it myself for next stages ..

Have a wonderful day everyone .. I would like to appreciate all and seniors who helped me in filing my application..

Below are some detail what I have done and I would suggest -
1) Roles and Responsibilities of one reference letter for which I am claiming for 3.5 years matched only 30% with CIC NOC detail.. I have talked to my ex-company and got a new reference letter with 80% match and sent it later on 20-Oct.. I don't know whether CIC accepted it or not, but I got PER finally
2) I would suggest everyone to use DD rather than CC, because there might be some risk of payment issues
3) Follow every step mentioned in Document check list.. which is our source of truth and bible for PR application
4) I follow this forum almost everyday for at least 30 min to see what are current updates and the trend
5) I did all by myself with the help of fellow forumties and didn't got for consultancies

Congrats!

Dear seniors, please suggest. I received medical request last week.I came to know today that manager, who has issued me job responsibilities, is going to leave company in few working days. Should I inform this to local visa office.

Thanks for support.

2nd line updated on 12 Nov
I received my medical request on 17 Nov.
NOC 2173
Received Date : June 6

1) Will they still do Verification process or its over?
2) Interview chances are still there?
3) CIC Asked for FBI clearance certiciate to provide in 45 days but for me it will take 70 days? So what do i need to do now?

Please help asap.

Should I be worried since I passed my package on October 1 and it reached cio on October 7 there is no chance for me to change the document checklist..... Any one?

Thank you guys

I don't think so, specially because on CIC webpage they are still using the link for the old one (Document Checklist [IMM 5612] August 2014).

And even if there's a new one somewhere, I think they'll accept because of the info shown in the website.

I the worst case scenario, I think there's a tolerance to the ones sent close to the date of this change.

You can request from the following link
https://www.dubaipolice.gov.ae/smartphoneservices/goodconduct/en/goodconduct.html

But as you are in states then you must send somebody (relative) at any police station with the copies of your UAE visa detail / Emirates ID. Police Dept. will email you the certificate.

Afore-mentioned bold text true. No rejections due to outdated 2014(!) forms have been observed this year.

Hello, to everyone!
Just want to let you know for statistic:

NOC 1113
App received 13th Aug 2014
CC charged 18th Nov 2014

Praying and waiting for the next steps.

By the way could anyone help me how to update my info in shared excel file? As I forgot the link..
Thank you! And wish all members happy news!
