However, I don't like your idea about becoming neighbors. This would create a housing bubble as property prices on FSW Avenue, Forever Taking Longer Town would go sky high due because CAP is 25000 this year, assuming average applicant with one kid and wife, there'll be 75000 people trying to buy a house there! ;D 8)
