Interestingly, I was not in TO list of the email (i was in bcc). So i'm really confused what does it mean now?
App received date - 18-Jul
NOC - 2172
On status shows - "In process"
Please help me out why i'm seeing this email?
Because you have selected WES basic not FSWP. Follow the below post:

Therefore there isn't any need to worry. After you do this procedure PER usually comes in 2 weeks with 100 percent success as put by our dear member Century.
So guys please don't worry and do as instructed by WES.
