In some cases, they send email....But for most of the cases they dont.....They send the package by snail mail....

Thanx mate, how much chances are their that they would check the liabilities through PAN card for the applicant? I have a home loan and am afraid that might mess things up.

Don't get confused with assetes and liabilities. Your House loan is against your property. You net liabilty would be very small i.e. Current Value of house - Outstanding loan.

Settelment funds are different from assets and liabilities. CIC have no right and they do not check your financials from banks.

I was waiting for MR however, it seems the delay was for a reason, I have emailed LVO and I have got this reply (( this now makes it even longer process

Your file is now in a queue awaiting interview scheduling and you will be informed of date, once this has been scheduled. The interview will take place in Abu Dhabi.

Each application is unique and it is not possible to compare one application with another with respect to case processing.

hv booked an appointment for Medicals @ Apollo, Ahmedabad for next wednesday (26.11.14)...

my query is :

- Will Apollo hospitals send Medical reports directly to visa office or Will I have to send the same with cover letter?

- I will pay RPRF online....so generated receipt I will have to send visa office : is it correct?

please help... ??? ??? ???

Apollo hospital will upload report directly to NDVO.
You will also need to send medical request letter recd from NDVO acknowledged by doctor. Also medical receipt will need to be sent.
For RPRF, do send the online receipt printout to NDVO.

DC (Debit card) Charged
Ref: 15th Aug 0911, Debit card (DC) charged today 18th Nov unable to find time, no sms in mobile, checked in net banking and surprised to see the debit.

Yesterday night, even while sleeping my subconsious mind made me to check my mobile for message but found nothing, very much disappointed when travelling in office bus, morning meeting and given post also in forum.
Just thought to check net banking and found debit of INR '30,978.89' towards 'MPS/CITIZENSHIP'. It should be CIC only.

Some details about my doc:
1) For spouse BC, kept Xth marksheet as required, degree TC and PAN card. No affidavit.
2) Kept two fee form 1) DC - Salary account (Given 1st preference - Charged), 2) CC - Corporate card (2nd preference)
3) In 3 reference letter 50 to 80 % noc duties are copy cat. 4th reference letter - 100% copy cat, additionally included some points
4) Last year applied for 2132 and returned due to cap filled. this time 0911 charged.
