You can apply it from either places. Both are accepted @ cic. No need to get confused. Get it from the place which is more convenient and fast.

Dear Seniors,
Seeking yours urgent advice,
I am a 12th May applicant NOC 1114 , received PER on 25th AUG and AOR on 25 Sep . Today I have got a mail from VO where they concerned about my previous job.

‘' Employment documents from X Bank and Y Bank which you have provided in support of your application are fraudulent. Although these two letters are ostensibly issued by different organizations there are too many similarities to be coincidental. ‘'

1) X Bank (a marketing job for Bank conducted by third party) experience letter issued by my ex boss in banks letter head pad (mentioned the third company name).(The third company is closed now)
2) Y Bank , it was permanent job, exp letter issued by Branch Manager.

One responsibility is common in both banks exp letter. For these two jobs I have only proved the exp letter.

Please advice which doc's and explanation shall I provide to satisfy the VO.

no need to worry! I am also a Paris vo applicant.

you will first see two lines: received on xxx and medical results received. Then, you will see another line: we have started processing.....

then you will got an email informing you that your visa is ready and you should submit your passport.

finally you see Decision Made


Below is my timeline:

1. received on 7th May
2. medical results received (16 September)
3. started processing on 24 October
4. received email informing visa is ready to be issued on 7th November
5. ECAS status changed to DM on 10th November

I got my request for update and Medical on 1 oct.
my Medical sent on 3 Nov by doctor and they updated my ECASE by medical result have been received on 7 Nov.
I sent my requsted documents such as PCC, CV and RPRF on 10 Nov. by Courier; but till now there is no line indicating PROCCESSING STARTED has appeared in my ECASE.
my application is in Paris VO. do you think guys it is normal?

For predictions you need to contact some astrologer or prediction baba

Many times it is difficult to understand how CIC is working... if we observe recently they issued MRs to applicats uptill mid June and again started from first week of June to cover pending applications . In your case I would advise you to write to NDVO to inquire about your application.

In my limited knowledge there may be few factor which may delay the application process

Compexities of applications
Verification required.
delay in verification reports
Work load with the officer handelling particular NOC
Approval required from some senior authority etc. etc.

So ....No news is a good news...... therefore till then stay calm and write to NDVO to enquire about the status.

My fsw application received at cio on 5th Nov 2014.. Now my funds are lying idle in my account and as i want to earn some profit on it..so can i invest my amount in stocks or mutual funds or i have to keep the money intact in my account?? what if LVO ask for me about updated account statement later when i got MR?? at that time can i send them mutual fund statement? will they accept it? plz guide

I have a question on MR - Can I take MR appointment(from the CIC approved hospital) before I receive my MR email? Do we need to provide any details from the MR email to the hospital while taking the appointment?

Yes you need a IMM_1017 form from CIC

How should I apply for PCC for me and spouse.

Somebody is saying to apply through local town police station which will be issued within week.

Some one told that first get PCC from town police station and then apply to PSK.

How should I apply ...pl help me to understand. ??? ??? :-\ :-\

Apply online on passport office with chossing near by PSK (Passport seva kendra), get the date of appointment by paying 500 Rs as fees, be presence at time and submit document as asked. After that you will get call from near by police station for verification. after this u will get sms from PSK for collection of PCC, go with your passport. they will stamp your passport and then give you 2 copies of PCC in original. Person who apply for PCC must visit PSK both time.
