Sir, as per my suggestion one received MR request only when background checks get over. I would assume, at the time of that check that thing has already been seen by NDVO. She forgot to mention her USA Student visa rejection while applying, simply an oversight.
What should she do now?
Is it advisable to just send a CSE to NDVO with an apologetic note and attaching the revised form and also email the same to NDVO? Will that now affect her chances of receiving a PPR call?
Or should she simply do nothing?
Kindly assist her with her dilemma as it was purely an oversight with no intentions of any misrepresentation.
BTW, is there any column in forms where we need to mention any rejection for visas. My wife also got rejections of USA visa in 2009 but we did not mentioned any where, currently I m also waiting for PPR, and I had not disclosed that fact, as it was not asked for particularly.
