His app was received on July 14, 2014,
CC charged on October 30, 2014,
ECAS first line updated on November 7,
He is waiting and yet to receive PER mail,
But just checked ECAS now and he can't view the first line update anymore.
Please suggest what to do, he already email to CIO and tried calling CIO but they are not responding on call, no one pick up call.
Please suggest him what to do, he is worried and i am also worried for him ...
What can be the reason that ECAS is not visible now ??
