I think CC charging has to be done manually even if it is via software because it would definitely ask for some inputs which require manual intervention. So, there must have been few guys who have indeed worked hard on saturday and sunday for our sake....... Cheers to these good people!!

However, PER is just and email and can be a schedule job and sent to us at any time this job triggers them, it does not require manual intervention. Hence, there could be a time gap between positive determination of eligibility and the email dispatch.

In my view, no doubt, they have worked on this Saturday and Sunday. If something is automatic, we could have observed CC charge and PER issue each and every weekends. Never seen before CC/PER issued on Sunday. So they are working to meet the target to reduce the total turnaround time.

i am 4th sept applicant for NOC 2173. As 2173 reached 1000 cap limit so i am thinking to send my fresh application for another NOC 2172 for which capping is only 134 as of now.

What do you suggest ? should i wait for sometime to confirm if my app for NOC 2173 is in capping limit or go ahead with fresh app for new NOC ?

EMail only, no Papers :)
same as PER email

If you have mentioned your email and thats how they have been communicating with you thus far, i believe PPR will also be via email. Good Luck for a speedy PPR!!

Thank you +1
but i can see that there is 1 Aug application got charged.

I have seen the update too, It really could be a member who checked with his bank when his dd was encashed .. You should be getting the PER in a week's time. We both share the same date. I used CC and you used DD. However PER timelines will almost be same

I applies for NOC 2174 and application reached CIC on 25th June 2014. And I got my application back on yesterday.
CIC mentioned that " A review of your application indicates you do not meet the requirements of Regulation 10 of IRPA. The application is being returned to you for this reason."
They didn't mention any other thing other than this.

I asked my consultant about this and they are saying that because of NOC2174 is full they my application sent back.
In that case, CIC should mentioned in other ways as "cap is reached for your NOC2174" . Right ???

What will be the correct reason ?
Please advise... What's next I can do ?

Dear very sad to hear about application...

Can you tell us that duty letter has been made by your consultant or by you ??

If your application received after cap reached than they will clearly mention that your application has been returned because of cap reached...

There may be another reason for that...ask your consultant about that...if he is claiming that your application has been returned because of cap than he is cheating (all consultants are cheater) simply don't trust them....

[size=10pt][size=10pt]Guys ...only 1 PPR so far from NDVO .....

What do you think what may be criteria for VO to Issue PPR's.....as there are number of applicants that already done with medicals .....

Suggestion/ feedback welcome
