I just found out my BC doesn't have my name in it. . Will my app be rejected. It is having only my father name and mother name in it. Dunno how the heck I didn't check it. Kindly suggest me all the options I have. Or should I wait for a couple of weeks? Thanks!

It seems that a birth certificate without a name will not be entertained.. you can send an affidavit stating the situation and 10 certificate to be considered as proof of birth..

Rest seniors can advise better ..

I have sent the original IELTS of myself and my spouse to CIO with the application and don't know the status of the application yet.

Now I need the 2nd copy of IELTS from British Council for Express Entry.British Council is saying that they need the email from CIO that they have received the 2nd copy of IELTS. Then only they will provide me the another copy. Bit I takes CIO 45 days to respond any email.

Any idea is welcomed how to get the another copy of IELTS.

You have the same situation as mine. Did you attach affidavit from your parents.

I have not got my APP back so I really don't know whether it will be accepted or not. Most of the time rejection is due to BC and JD.

Anyways start preparing affidavit from your parents. Get ready with a new APP.

What is your NOC code.

Stay positive and believe you are in CANADA.

Visit the centre personally and speak to senior most executive. It will be done. I collected second copy of my IELTS from British Council by submitting DD copy and courier bill. Tell them that CIC do not send acknowledgement mails.

I just got my PER last night. I had the same problem. My BC had my name as "baby". So for that i submitted my 10th class certificate which too has my parents name as in BC. Also i kept a notarized certificate stating baby n myself are same and my parents name is so n so.. !

It will work.

Have anybody received their application back from CIC due to CAP reached, especially Noc 2174 and 2173.
need feedback, it might help us really a lot.

Couple of applications for NOC 2174...See details in SS..No application back till now for NOC 2173 and we also don't want this right now till all august applicants for this NOC charge.
