Hi All,

would like to ask if its possible to download the SS and save it to my computer as an excel format? So i can look at it in my computer and can try to do filtering of NOC's. Just wanted to know how many applied overall for my cold NOC. so i can have some ideas..

Thanks

By all means, dear. Press "file" and "save as". This option may not always be available if many users are viewing the SS at the same time. But right now you can do it.

Yes, and don't forget to mention the duties accordingly.

Very Good!

Yes, that's what the doctor told me when I went through eMedical this year.
"If you don't hear from us in a few days (until blood analyses arrive from the lab), then consider you passed".

After your IME goes online it is reviewed by a CIC appointed panel physician, but it is simple "rubber stamping", because the results are not sent if they don't meet CIC requirements in the first place. After the doc acknowledges them the data is entered into GCMS and when CAS is eventually updated (the weak link in the whole process, lol) the third line would appear to the applicant.

Another myth I would like to bust is the necessity of sending med receipts to VO. The IPA doesn't give crap about it anyway if she (yes, most CIC employees are chicks)/he cannot retrieve the doc's report from GCMS.

I use this URL on a weekly basis to check the updates :-)

Hi bro,

Thanks for this link. I saw the "File" option and saved it.

Another thing, do you have any idea how much percentage of all the members in the SS are that represents the overall Global applicants?

Thanks again

You are welcome dmac11.

It is our understanding that SS accounts to ~30% of the applicants worldwide.
