Dear Members,

I have a query. I have applied for NOC 1123 (Marketing) in October. I have done Master of Pharmacy and i am working in marketing field since 2 years.
But I don't have any relevant degree in marketing.
Am I eligible to get PER for NOC 1123?
Please Help.

Really are you sure?? I got high blood pressure in Meds, rest of the reports were normal, which includes ECG, ECHO 2d, Cretinine test.

I am still worried... So since in my ECAS Medicals are received, So can I start to Party and wait for PPR

Guys I have great news!!!!by the glory of God our CC got charged today, a few minutes ago!!!!!App received on August 12 noc 3142!!We would like to thank God for this blessing, and also thank you guys for this forum, very nice people, it helped us a lot!!!!!Thank you.....Now we keep praying for the PER!!!!!

Hello Folks,

My husband have worked in Dubai & Qatar for the period 2010 -2012 but have been traveling to & forth India on business visa for every 3 months.
Two days back, i received an email from Delhi immigration office to get the PCC from Dubai & Qatar for my hubby.. i need to submit all the document by 29th December... hmm.. seriously worried if i can get them before Dec 29th.

Can someone please provide me the tips/info as how to obtain PCC from Dubai & Qatar quickly.

Any kind of info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

For Qatar PCC: (I send my files to my friend and it took me two weeks to obtain the PCC)
1) Take fingerprint form from your country of residence and should be stamped by Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2) Bring the fingerprint form to Qatar consulate for attestetation
3) Send to:
The Officer In-Charge
Ministry of Interior
Director of Criminal Evidence and Information Department
Doha, Qatar
attachments:
3.1) Request letter (I include a paragraph for authorizing my friend in my behalf)
3.2) Old Qatar ID
3.3) Old Qatar passport with the entry and exit dates
3.4) New passport
3.5) 4 ID pictures

For Dubai PCC: still waiting and UAE consulate advice me that it would take at least a month to get the PCC
1) Take fingerprint form from your country of residence and should be stamped by Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2) Bring the fingerprint form to UAE consulate
2.1) Old UAE visa
2.2) Old UAE passport with the entry and exit dates
2.3) New passport
2.4) Current country ID
2.5) 4 ID pictures
3) Pay processing fee (300 SAR in my case and they did not give me any receit) and wait...

It won't harm you sending the additional docs. Send those ASAP.

Write a cover letter explaining why certificates and photocopy was missed. Mention your Full Name, DoB, UCI (of you have any), Passport number. Also provide the detail of when and who received your original package through which courier. Send the letter

Were you asked to get meds done again ? If not everything should be ok. generally if there are problems docs ask the applicant to get meds done again after a few days !!

Has anyone submitted his MPhil (18-Years of schooling) to WES, either from India or Pakistan?
And what was the result of evaluation?
Means WES considered MPhil equilvalent to which Canadian Degree?

Though I have not yet gone through the medical process.....but with what I learnt here... .

1. Yes you can pay it via credit card also, you need to pay in CAD only. Payment receipt is generated after you make online payment (it has only your name and nothing else). Payment Link is there in your MR and RPRF request email. You need to send the payment receipt to NDVO

2. You need to carry the Medical Request form to the doctor which you receive from NDVO in MR email. After medical you need to send medical receipt issued by doctor to NDVO along with other requested documents or forms.

3. Yes you should make a cover letter.

You need to complete 20 posts to give someone + 1. click Good in order to give + 1

Eligibility depends on job duties and not educational qualifications. If your job duties are matching the duties for NOC 1123, then you are good to go !

From the current speed and proactiveness of the cic staff cum weekend overtime duties, i am of the view they might start charging September application any time from Monday. This is my thought. Any contrary view?
