I don't think the two options are exclusive. You would need to retake the IELTS anyways, both to apply for the current system and express entry. With express entry being competitive, the stakes will be even higher, not lower.

Retake the exam. Rescoring will take almost the same amout of time if not more, besides the info I have is that 99 percent the scroe will not change.

sin card copy , bank statement, employer letter where your aunt is working presently if she is, these are required as well.. You will get points and most important is you need to submit your dad birth certificate as well. That is main proof

She is not a working women, and what is sin card ??

I believe we are not required to submit everything written there as it states "Proof may include"
is bank statement necessary along with CC invoices ??

Almost 'July 14 application received/ Nov 1 cc charged' applicants got already their PER. Does anyone here got already NER for July 14 applicants on their email? If ever they will send me NER soon, will I get back my documents?

Dont worry...if online status says in process, its as good as PER.
Its what it says for us also, for people who have PER.

Your file is through.
For some reason u havnt received PER, check ur junk mail folder.

I suppose you dont even need per.

Yes, spouse and children MUST be included in the application. Also, all the necessary documents (passport, birth certificate, forms etc) of all the family members must be included with the application regardless of whether they are listed as accompanying or non-accompanying. The only thing that doesn't need to be included is the additional application fee if the spouse and children are not accompanying.

I received my PER on 13th Nov... I am a July 16th applicant, CC charged on 3rd Nov.

Though, I have sent my application before seeing this forum, I have been tracking the latest updates since then. I really appreciate the people for their selfless contribution to this forum. I also request other silent viewers to update their status, which would help others in the same way it did to us.

Ok folks, recently i got married ??? . but my wife doesn't have a passport. Passport will be issued within next month hopefully. Meanwhile SGVO showing some character recently aswell.
now, what should i do?? should i wait for my wife's passport? or there's any rule to update my marital status before that? or, any other suggestion??

Hello,

You have to inform SGVO about your marriage. You have to submit your marriage certificate along with your wife's passport copy. So you should wait for your wife's passport. You also have to order PCC for your wife. And when SGVO will ask for medical i think they will also ask you to submit IMM008,IMM5669,IMM5406. I'll not be surprised if they ask to submit more docs. And by the way get the marriage certificate in English. You can make the NIKAHNAMA in English as well. Just inform the marriage register(Kazi office) to make those in English.

What is the latest application date the NDVO is working on sending MR. Has NDVO started sending MR to june applicants.

16th June is the latest application date for which they have reported MR's from NDVO
