I will be submitting my application next week. My NOC is 0911( Manufacturing Manager). I have a few questions. I would be very grateful to the members here for your input.
1) will be sending my application next week. What do u think about NOC 0911 chances being capped during this time? Currently its showing 128.
You will be in the Cap. Apply as early as possible.
2) my consultant told me to fill IMM0008DEP form. I only have a wife and no dependants. But my consultant told me to fill wife details in that form just to be in safe side. Though the checkliat says it is to be used only if u have more than 5 dependants. Is there any risk if I fill that form with my wife detail. Will the application get returned.
You dont have to fill this form. it is for additional dependents which you could not include in the main form. So Dont worry to fill this form.
3) I have PCC for india which was issued to me on 28th August 2014. I hope it gets accepted. I heard somewhere that they dont accept for more than 3 months during initial application.
Generally CIC says that with in 3 Months. However, you can add along with your application. if incase CIC requests in later stages, it is not a big problem to get PCC from India
4) my employer doesnt issur salary statments but they deposit salary in my bank and entry in bank shows "Salary Received". Can it be subsituted for salary slips. I have printed out the 6 months bank credit statement showing salary received from my banking online portal
Employer does not have to provide salary statement. Your pay checks or income tax forms (W2) for last 3-4 yrs and pay stubs will help. Add as much additional supporting documents as possible .
5) whem it should expect My PER if I submit my application next week
Use Credit card valid for more than 6 months to pay fee.
Make sure you clearly provide your duties (at least 15 to 20 activities) as you are manufacturing manager.
110 Day for PER since the daye CIC received your application
All the best
Thank you for putting your time and reading this. I would appreciate members of this group to feed in the details.
