Hi Guys,

I'm a September 4th applicant with NOC 1123. I called today to CIC to retrieve UCI but they told me it wasn't available yet and that I have to wait 68 days beginning on the application received date. I guess this means they haven't started completeness check for some Sept applications... I'll keep on calling until I get my UCI

don't trust call centre guys. They may not always be right.

App recd date - July 18
CC charged date - Nov 04
PER Email recd - Nov 14

Yes they will do Background and criminality check. They might call you or/and employer.

You have lots of chance yet. A forum member from Iran, confirmed me today that he received PER email after 142 days. So keep strong and calm down and update us soon with good news. +1 to continue.

I suspect CIC has not awarded me points for 'Relative in canada'. I shared by Aunt's PR card along with her bank statement as residential address proof. I think bank statement which was a single page printout of e-statement was not enough for them.

There cannot be any other reason why i have not been awarded PER.

At the same time i haven't seen any rejection so far because of relative's address proof.
