I have got MR and PCC request from NDVO .

I have already applied for India PCC.

But what if I could not get PCC in 45 days ?

MR I can complete what If I could not sent PCC with it and writing a cover letter that PCC is in process and will submit it as soon as possible ?

Please advise me guys , what are options ?

Hi Javoo Yes I procured traffic history report from vicroads, just mail them your details(Victoria stay timelines, address etc) and your address, they will send you a hard copy on your mailing address.

It does take them around a month.

I've already applied for Australian Police check and the certificate is on its way. However if we check the website it mentions :

Which Australian police clearances are acceptable?

Applicants must provide a Standard Disclosure – name check. Certificates can be obtained through the Australian Federal Police.

IMPORTANT AND MANDATORY: Additional requirements apply for those who lived in or currently live in the States of Queensland and/or Victoria after their 18th birthday:

Residents of Queensland must submit a Traffic History which goes back to their 18th birthday or the day on which their first Australian driver's licence was issued.
Residents of Victoria must submit a Licence History Search which goes back to their 18th birthday or the day on which their first Australian driver's licence was issued.

Now I did not possess any license whilst my stay in Aus so i called up vic roads who told me provide me with my details (name ph no etc) and a brief email regarding the purpose of this certificate. I mailed them and also got an automail regarding the receipt of the email. However there is no reply as yet.

Does anyone face a similar situation and has the certificate/ letter from Vic roads stating they have had no license issued in Victoria. If so please guide me through.

I am having 5 years of experience in the NOC(2133) to which I am going to apply. But I am getting short of 2 marks, so planning to show two years experience in other field which is of NOC 2173 to get 67 marks.

My question is will they consider experience of NOC (2173) for which I am not applying??

Ur application for a particular NOC has to match the job responsibilities listed for that NOC only.
If you think another NOC is also applicable to you, then you have to file a completely new application for that NOC.

You can share your point calculation and maybe forum members can have a look and confirm your total score.

I have emailed NDVO on the online payment for RPRF (while we had the big discussion on if online payment is possible or not). Email was sent on 25th Oct 2014.

I received reply today saying that the online payment is correct and has already been added to my file.

Would advise you not to carry this items with you if you want them you can always buy them in canada, that would be OK...
at the time you are migrating to canada for the first time on PR Visa you are allowed to carry all the item you need to settle down in canada with you including automobile, only thing is it should not be on restricted items in canada..... Only you need to declare them at the time of arrival at canada make the list of items you are carrying with all details and handover the same to immigration and customs officer...

today i just look at 2013 fsw sheet and most of applicant from last year are finished ppr request

now i think from next week fsw 2014 applicant start getting request for PPR because there are many applicant who already pass around 2 months

dont take it seriously, its just my thought......that come in mind... 8) 8) 8)....

any thought on this are welcome....

Hi,

I have a question - I have recently got L1 visa stamped on my passport. However, I am not travelling to US anytime soon, not at least the whole PR process is over. When I receive MR or PPR do I still need to inform the local visa office about my L1 visa stamping, even though I am not travelling to US?

It's not necessary. I also got the L1 visa and no plan of travel.

You need to inform VO only when your address is changed when visa stamping is required.

I lived in Aus for ~1.5 years till 2008 on Student visa @ Victoria state.

I will have to submit Aus PCC but Would I have to submit traffic history also as I was not having license.

I was on student visa and came back India in 2008.
