URGENT !!!!!!..

My friend recevd back file under 4011, app on 10 June 2014, Immig Officer only said your exp does nt show that you have done duties as mentioned in the NOC. Now the probelm is....We want to re apply for him,,,can we send in the same file...along with renewed DD and detailed list of duties performed on the job....please suggest....he is really upset

Looking at below stats I could say that there were very few DD encashed in July as compared to CC. So does that mean that DD applicants have lesser chances of PER than CC applicants?

Its NOT AT ALL, like partiality towards CC apps than DD, both are equal. its depends on the APP/Docs, for the selection procedure
Ya, that correct that CC is charged 5-7 days ahead of DD, but no preferences in terms of selection

Can this be done?
How can this be done?
Is this advisable?
Can the agent damage her in any way?

She is on PER stage right now and awaiting MR.

When was the cap for NOC 2173 reached. One of my friend applied under this NOC and app date is 15th Aug.

Can someone please guide me on this?

A friend (She, husband and kid) of mine applied for NOC (2173). Their application reached CIC on 23rd June 2014.Their mode of payment was also
DD from Thomas cook and did it through an agent but still they have not received their PER.
Today she gave a call to her agent seeing that 2173 has capped. He said 4 application he sent is returned and he has not got an update about hers.
He also said that he will update the status of her application in 2 days (Which I don't know how he plans to do as CIC responds in 2 months and not in 2 days if I am not wrong).
He seemed to be fraud and I really doubt if he had applied on the first place. How can she get an update from CIC to see if they had actually received her file.
Also is there any way for her to reapply for any other NOC?

You can do so, but wait for AOR and then inform the Visa Office.

I am in same situation, but my second thought does not allow me to do so.

[size=10pt]When medical/PCC request comes from NDVO, how old can the PCC be?
I had submitted Indian PCC with initial application not the US one because I received it later only in September 2014.

So when new PCC request comes, can I submit September 2014 PCC from US? Or should I get fresh ones every 3 months?

(11th July applicant - PERS received on 6th Nov.)
